After over a YEAR of litigation, judge Gerald Rafferty finally made some rulings with regards to the permanent injunction requested by doctor Hollander and her attorney Irving Johnson.

As you can see, I am now allowed to post doctor Hollander’s name again and I am allowed to discuss the litigation.  However, I am NOT allowed to make any derogatory statements about doctor Hollander with respect to her professional competence.  You can make up your own mind after reading the postings that lead up to this litigation.

Before you run card statement through the shredder (like they want you to) call the toll free phone number listed on it. In the past there was always a clearcut “finance charge” listed as plane as day. Now it’s often disguised as a “Daily Periodic Rate” or “Corresponding Annual Rate” or the ever popular “We Just Feel Like Charging You More Rate.” Don’t feel embarrassed if you’re a little confused. This is what they want. Be professional, and simply ask what the current “APR” or “Annual Percentage Rate” is. Don’t let them tap dance their way out of this question. You have a right to know this percentage and believe me, they know this all too well.
