Doctor Tameira Hollander free speech litigation update

After over a YEAR of litigation, judge Gerald Rafferty finally made some rulings with regards to the permanent injunction requested by doctor Hollander and her attorney Irving Johnson.

As you can see, I am now allowed to post doctor Hollander’s name again and I am allowed to discuss the litigation. However, I am NOT allowed to make any derogatory statements about doctor Hollander with respect to her professional competence. You can make up your own mind after reading the postings that lead up to this litigation.

Unfortunately, judge Rafferty also ruled that doctor Hollander did not commit perjury when she accused me of having refused to remove defamatory statements (see my 8/9/08 post with my WRITTEN offer to correct / update) and he ordered me to make reasonable efforts to remove my statements accusing doctor Hollander of being a perjurer.

Since judge Rafferty also ruled that I was NOT violating the preliminary restraining order by posting the TRO, I hope that it’s ok for me to prove that her sworn statements are false by publishing all the evidence as I did at the censored Hollander litigation site. It’ll take some time to bring that site back up and I have to post and scan a bunch of filings. Because her attorney Johnson continually threatened me with contempt (the judge DENIED his motion), I was too afraid to post the filings.

I may not prevail in court, but I want everybody to know what REALLY happened.

There is another hearing in a month after after I advise the court of my efforts to remove those statements.

I FORGOT to ask about conducting discovery. And that’s really important because judge Rafferty also ruled that I falsely accused doctor Hollander of having Matthew Hilton harass me. In fact, I never said that doctor Hollander organized the harassment, but that apparently her attorneys or she provided the pictures to him. The million dollar question:

How did Hilton obtain the pictures the process server took of my house, car and laundry while trespassing?

When I asked doctor Hollander during a previous hearing whether she knew who Hilton is, she denied knowing him and she stated that she didn’t give the pictures to anyone. If she didn’t lie, most likely her attorneys provided the pictures to Hilton. Hilton also knew their strategy and emailed that they would file a contempt motion (which they did), trying to get me to give up.

Now that I can go public with this case again, chances are that I’ll be able to identify Hilton one way or another.

In fact, I will be filing a complaint with the FBI.

While Hilton STOPPED harassing me after my email to his attorneys (another clue indicating that they’re involved), I have been subjected to ID theft. Not the kind that doesn’t matter, such as someone using your credit card. This is is SERIOUS stuff and I can’t stop it. My phone number and address has been submitted to countless “Nigerian scammers.” I can no longer answer my phone because I get these calls from upset scammers 24/7. They are very upset because they have trouble getting the payment *** I *** have sent.

I have to UNPLUG me home phone at night and when I’m working. Notably, I pay for an unlisted number. Only friends and family and a few attorneys and collectors have this number. Doctor Hollander’s attorney Johnson is one of them. I’ll definitely make an effort to find out who is submitting MY name and number to the scammers.

You can’t imagine how many projects I have going on and that’s why I’ll be I’m working on a NEW site about all kinds of scams with emphasis on FREE SPEECH and documented corruption and frauds. And it’s not so much about the scammers as it is about the COURTS and LAWYERS and REGULATORS and LEGISLATORS who so sold out to the crooks.

Why is it NOT perjury when you make FALSE statements VERIFIED UNDER OATH?

And I’m not talking about doctor Hollander, but attorney Keith Knochel. I’ll be featuring NUMEROUS attorneys who either committed perjury or lied to me and the courts. Why is our entire justice system based on LIES?

Why are the courts so prejudiced against pro se litigants?

Of course I’ll appeal several of the rulings in the Hollander case. In a higher court and with lots of publicity, the free speech organizations will be a LOT more interested. After all, I did NOTHING wrong!

I’ll feature my complaint about doctor Hollander’s attorney Irving Johnson with the CO Bar. It doesn’t matter that they will most likely do NOTHING. The point is to document the corruption of the Bar Associations.

Speaking of publicity, it was a reader who provided me with the case that convinced judge Rafferty that I did not defame doctor Hollander by posting the link to the Baileys’ site. Barrett v. Rosenthal is an excellent California Supreme Court ruling providing immunity when “republishing” defamatory statements.

If I hadn’t posted about this harassment suit, I would NOT have prevailed.

It’s not at all about doctor Tameira Hollander anymore. It’s about my right to FREE SPEECH, to publish the truth, to expose corruption and fraud and it’s about corrupt courts and lying lawyers. As I’ve posted before, doctor Hollander is a victim too. Her attorney Irving Johnson ensured that she will ALWAYS be known as the doctor who sued to have her former patient’s website deleted and made the bad decision to pursue ME because I chose to publicize her litigation.

This lawsuit has become so complex, I am considering writing a FREE ebook with ALL my documentation attached. Maybe this winter when it’s too cold to work outside. Between the harassment, my health problems due to this litigation and the bizarre court rulings and procedures, you could make a movie. Thing is, most people don’t believe that this kind of crap really happens in America.
