I owe the IRS quite a bit of money and these companies such as JK Harris, Tax Agreements, etc. are hoaxes. They say they can settle for 5% of the tax owed. I called Tax Agreements and they were going to settle for 5% of what I owed told to me by a service rep. who I talked with at length. I called again as a new client and was sent to my rep. but the rep with the same name as the first one had a completely different voice. I need to report this.. but to who?
